Coldsage is a Chrome extension that drafts cold-email openers using AI. By installing and using it, you agree to the following:

Acceptable use

Coldsage is a tool for the broker; the broker is responsible for the messaging they send using openers generated by the tool, including all regulatory disclosures required by ASIC, the MFAA, and Australian consumer-protection law. Coldsage does not provide credit advice and is not a credit service provider.

No warranty

Coldsage is provided "as is". We make no warranty that openers will result in replies, deals, or any commercial outcome.

Subscription + refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via ExtensionPay (Stripe). You can cancel at any time from the ExtensionPay portal. Refunds are handled manually via email request within 14 days of charge.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate Acceptable Use or that abuse the AI generation endpoint (e.g. mass automation at scale beyond normal individual broker workloads).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
